        The article considers an implementation of comprehensive approach to road interchanges design
 by means of CAD system for roads IndorCAD. It describes the whole cycle of road interchange design,
 including ramp design, road facilities construction, water disposal design, passing
 sight distance estimation and large vehicles traffic corridor control.
