The article considers the conception of joining the efforts of Russian leaders in design and introduction of GIS and CAD systems to deliver mobile laboratories for roads and bridges diagnostics under the brand name of Research and Development Center Rosdortekh together with IndorSoft and professor I.G. Ovchinnikov.
