Autodesk about road design: problems and solutions

The article discusses characteristics of approach to introduction of new technologies in the road construction field. It considers the main issues that engineers and customers faced during the process of road design and construction as well as ways to solve them, including information modeling technology (BIM). By the example of Autodesk software it tells about advantages of using BIM technologies within the whole life cycle of civil engineering objects and roads.
