Requirements specification on developing a road database in the conception of complex transportation planning

The article considers the issue of designing requirements specification on developing a road database in conception of complex transportation planning. The difference between common structure of requirements specification and the structure in conception of complex transportation planning in shown. General requirements for infrastructure projects in order to match the conception are formulated.
